The company is an equal opportunities employer, utilising personnel from various backgrounds in the 18-65 age range. Each member of staff is fully trained in all aspects of office and general cleaning. Additional training is supplied for employees working in such specialist areas as carpet and floor maintenance, computer hardware cleaning etc.
Training
Management Training and Specialist Cleaning Training is carried out at our Head Office in our dedicated training rooms. Using video presentation and practical demonstration we undertake various courses in both Management and Cleaning Techniques, as well as the correct application of our Company Health and Safety Policy.
All Supervisory staff are trained before inception of service in all aspects of their responsibility including:
We endeavour to obtain staff through introduction by our current staff as well as by advertising in the local area. Each new employee is vetted and fully trained before commencement of employment. All our Operatives must have at least six months experience with Advanced Cleaning before we would consider them for the position of Supervisor.
