Adsec were one of the original Security Industry Authority Approved Contractors. We have successfully passed stringent annual audits conducted by both an independent assessor and the SIA appointed assessor.

Emphasis on Training…
Adsec take great care to ensure that staff are fully trained and well supervised at all times. We understand that only motivated and well trained operatives can deliver a first class service.
At commencement, each officer spends a day completing our induction and test, if an officer is unable to obtain satisfactory scores and standards, staff will not pass their probation.
This is followed by a minimum of one shift of on-site training to ensure the security officer has full understanding of the site specific Assignment Instructions, well acquainted with their surroundings and knows the duties on site. The SIA auditors commended our induction and exam procedure through our external audit.
All officers go on to do an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Services.
