Key Holding for Alarm Response Service
Using a carefully selected partner, Adsec Group offers an alarm activation key holder response to visit your premises in the event of an alarm call out. Alarm Activation Key Holding allows you, the client, to rest, assured in the knowledge that the security of your premises is maintained during your hours of closure.
The purpose of this service is to facilitate an emergency response to any alarm activations at your premises; we will follow your instructions in respect of attendance, and ensure the premises are not compromised. Should you currently assign this responsibility to a member of your staff you have to consider their healthy and personal safety should they attend site, not knowing what they may encounter, Adsec can remove this important responsibility and ensure a fully trained patroller attends site, who has the experience and background knowledge to deal with any issues that may be found.
On arrival at site the patroller will assess the situation, it may be that the alarm has been set off unnecessarily but a full patrol will be carried out to evaluate the circumstance, and if appropriate the alarm can be reset in situ or reported to Red Care as required. A full report of events and actions taken will be sent to your designated representative by email before our patroller leaves the premises. In the event of a serious breach of your security, we will contact the key-holder in line with your specific instructions and wait at site until the situation is resolved to your satisfaction. Emergency services will be contacted as appropriate when the patroller has assessed the requirement.
Local Police may attend at the alarm activation but won't possess the alarm codes or the keys; the key holding service will hold the keys to your premises in a secure location. All keys held are coded and cannot be identified with the premises concerned by an unauthorised person.
CCTV Operators & Monitoring
The Facilities Management department of most companies work to a strict annual budget. A cost effective solution enabling the best possible level of security, at an affordable price, can be achieved with the use of CCTV, with or without the assistance of manned guarding.
A high level of camera coverage combined with highly trained and motivated operators can in some cases reduce costs without compromising security provision.
Adsec Group can offer a number of packages to suit most budgets, from the supply of licensed CCTV operators, to the supply of cameras and monitoring systems.
One of our teams of experienced security surveyors will visit site and carry out an inspection, and will recommend a combination of services that accurately reflect the individual client requirement.
Mobile Patrolling
Mobile Patrol services can be established when a full time security presence is not required.
To assess fully the client's needs an initial site survey will be carried out to establish what type of mobile service is required. This will include a full Health and Safety Risk Assessment. Agreed Terms of Business will be established in discussion with the client, including key factors, like frequency of patrol, duration of patrols, whether they are internal or external; or both. Patrols can be covert or overt and reported to you by email with photographs of any issues to be addressed.
Visiting site outside of normal working hours, our patrol officers can perform a variety of tasks aimed at preventing or reducing loss and waste.
Looking for break in’s, fence or barrier collapse
Reporting defective security devices, such as gates, locks, fences etc
Dealing with unwanted visitors, such as vagrants looking for somewhere to sleep or aberrant looking for a venue to imbibe alcohol or drugs.
Our patroller will put in a call to the Local Police, who will attend, should a patroller find any unwanted visitors, our patroller will stay at site until such time as they arrive, providing a visible deterrent to the intruder.

Security is a major consideration for everyone today. We use our extensive experience to evaluate your risks, and how we can work together to manage and minimise these to an acceptable level. We then implement the solutions with you; ensuring understanding to enable compliance within your business. Our work with NaCTSO (National Counter Terrorism Security Office) enables us to get effective on-boarding through training and promoting awareness of risk, and delivering results.
Understanding client needs is crucial to the implementation of effective security and support services.
The key to this understanding is to build a close working relationship during the commencement of a contract, so that realistic plans can be made and implemented, staff specially trained, Assignment Instructions agreed and Service Level Agreements created and progress monitored on an agreed timetable.
It is this on-going process of communication that allows us to ensure that client requirements are entirely fulfilled ,thereby giving us a platform with which to begin exceeding them.
Within one month of the commencement of security and support operations, we carry out a thorough inspection of the security provision, equipment and procedures in place.
This is a vital step toward provision of a purpose-created service effectively meeting client needs to their satisfaction.
Control Room
The control room service used by Adsec is manned and fully functional 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
We operate Tagtronics software, providing state of the art workforce management for security providers. This allows for automated booking on and off shift, using a unique PIN number to that person and site, and completing scheduled check calls throughout shifts to ensure staff safety. Rostering control and wage collation means Controllers and Supervisors have access to concise information and increases workforce organisation. The system will only allow officers to be deployed at a site for which they have received full training.
Our lone worker policy and procedures ensure that should any officer find themselves in difficulty while on duty, our dedicated team will ensure that a Patroller is dispatched to site to offer assistance.
